Compact Booth

    ※As for Compact Booth, one booth (4m2 ) is assigned per an exhibitor.
    If you wish to exhibit with more than two booths, you may exhibit with Standard Booth.

Note:Please note that additional facility required for the two types of booths above other than each package such as display, spotlights, tables, and carpets, are available on rental basis and can be ordered using Order Form.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

June 7, 2024

A catalogue of the exhibits should be submitted to the organizer with the application. Booth reservation will be made in the order of application submission and completion of required payments.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Once the booth fee payment is confirmed, Order From for rental equipment will be provided. Exhibitors are requested to fill in and return the Order Form to the Organizer before the submission deadline.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Participation is officially accepted once the booth fee payment is completed.

  1. Booth fee must be paid upon receipt of an invoice.
  2. As for rental equipment, the Organizer will issue an invoice upon receipt of the completed Order Form. With the invoice, exhibitor must make a payment in full before the deadline, specified on the Invoice.

Please be aware that Order Form will be processed after the completion of required payments.

Note: All payments must be settled by money transfer into the following bank account in JPY only.
